The Firehall Derby was a lot of fun last year and was held on July 12, 2008. Coming soon is river flow data from the day of the Derby as well as pictures. The official time last year was: 1 hour 40 minutes and 38 seconds So who won? 1st Place - Mike Decker with a time of 1:40:32 2nd and 3rd Place was a tie between Sam Gibbons and Jim and Valerie George both guessed a time of 1:40:25 This year there was over $400.00 in prizes, next year is sure to be more! |
This years Firehall Derby will be held on Saturday July 11th, 2009. Last years Firehall Derby was a lot of fun and this year promises more of the same. Tickets will be on sale starting March 28th at all the local businesses here in the Prichard / Murray area. We will also post river flow data for last year so check back here often to get your headstart on the competition! |
